I’ve gotten a lot of new goodies for my upcoming newborn and baby sessions that I can’t wait to use! Including some beautiful antique items that were given to me from my wonderful mother in law! She found some crocheted diaper covers from when she was a baby. I plan on trying those out tomorrow. 🙂

Welcome 2013! I believe 2013 will be a great year!! 2012 was a big improvement over 2011 and 2013 will be even better. 🙂
I spent the first day of the year hanging out with my kids and away from my computer. It was a nice and relaxing day. Today is the last day of their winter break and I am looking forward to getting back to our crazy schedule.
The new year also marks 3 years of Swade Studios being in business!! I am soo grateful for all my awesome clients and their beautiful babies that I get to meet and cuddle with and make smile. I have the best job ever!!

Tomorrow starts a new year, 2013! I hope everyone had a fun and safe New Year’s Eve!!
We will be hopefully hanging out with my sister & brother-in-law and their twins tonight if the weather does not get too yucky. I am loving the snow today! It is that pretty falling snow, not the nasty windy blizzard snow we had last time. I plan on taking a walk in a little while with the family and hopefully get a few pics. 🙂

After being stuck in my house all week I finally ventured out today. Both of my kids had been sick this week so it was nice to get out and run a few errands with them. Luckily they are both better now, just in time to head out of town again tomorrow. This time it is just a quick trip to Baxter Springs Kansas to have a Christmas family get together. 🙂
Oh and also tonight I delivered a book to a client that I put together from their last session. It was the first one I had done and I loved it. I will be ordering a sample one soon and add it to my products. I will be making a few other minor changes for 2013. I believe 2013 is going to be a great year!
Enough about me, how about some newborn sweetness!? This little man did a great job sleeping for me. Plus he was just sooo cute. Yay! I love my job!
