Kansas City Newborn Photographer | Swade Studios | Mizzou Baby Boy

I love capturing newborns! They are just so tiny and sweet and precious! Most of my client’s book their newborn session well before their due date since I often book up well in advance. I only take on a limited amount of newborns each month, even less during the summer months since my children are home for the summer. I plan the session with the parents before the baby is born, like what colors they want used and any other special requests. Then once the baby is born we set a date, usually right around 8-12 days old.

This little guy was so great to work with. His parents brought in some Mizzou items for me to use. Lots of parents like using something special to them, like sports, college mascots, hobbies or professions. It is nice to add that personal touch. 🙂

I love the greys, creams and navy mom picked out for him.
