As a newborn photographer in Kansas City, something special about my job is capturing those quiet newborn moments. Those moments when they are softly sleeping and looking so precious. How sweet he was with his head propped up on his hands while holding up those charming chubby cheeks!
I used the vintage suitcases in this session, while he wore the fashionable plaid cap. And it was important to the parents that we include a baseball-themed picture, which turned out so nicely. Really fun to use the crocheted baseball hat on him that mom brought.
In addition to those peaceful moments, I love it when you get a surprising smile! You’ll see in the last image that I captured one of those unexpected moments. And he could not have been cuter in the yellow and blue moon hat. It’s like he was dreaming of the cow jumping over the moon!
